This Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) forms the standing legal framework used by Forward Foundry Information Technology Consultants Co. L.L.C. (“Forward Foundry”).

This version applies where referenced in a Product Order Form (“POF”) or other commercial document issued by Forward Foundry.

Where applicable, vendor agreements including End User Licence Agreements (“EULAs”), Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”), Master Cloud Agreements (“MCAs”) and other vendor documentation shall apply directly between the Customer and the relevant vendor.
